U.S. Fulfillment Commitments

We provide free standard shipping on all U.S. orders, normally prepare an order in 1–2 business days, and estimate 4–6 business days for carrier transit. A tracking number is supplied after dispatch.

Cancellation, Return, and Exchange Rights

Customers may request cancellation before shipment. After dispatch, the 30-day no-reason return and exchange terms apply, including merchant-paid return shipping, the published exclusions, and the 5–10 business day refund-posting period.
